  1. Right of admission reserved. 2. The ticket is not transferable. *3. Complimentary Breakfast will be provided to 2 persons per room and will be available up to 10 AM only. Complimentary Breakfast is available only on select hotels. 4. Modification of Check-in/ Check-out Time cannot be done under any circumstances. 5. Two (2) adults and two (2) children below 10 years are accommodated in a double room. 6. Tariffs are subject to change and any difference in the change of tariff will be collected at the time of check-in. 7. Any additional taxes other than the above taxes as imparted by the Government from time to time to be collected at the time of check-in. 8. Tourists are required to carry this ticket at the time of availing the accommodation along with a valid ID proof. 9. For any assistance in online booking please mail to helpdesk@aptdc.in. 10.   1. For online bookings modifications have to be done online only and the refund will be credited to the card used for booking in 7-10 working days. 2. No refunds shall be allowed if the ticket is surrendered for cancellation within 1 day (24 hours) before check-in date/time. Cancellation/Modification request is not accepted even if the ticket is booked within 24 hours of check-in time. 3. If the ticket is presented for cancellation within two days (48 hours) in advance and up to one day (24 hours) before the check-in date/time, cancellation charges shall be deducted at a rate of 20% on room tariff amount. 4. If a ticket is presented for cancellation more than two days (48 hours) in advance of the check-in date/time, cancellation charge shall be deducted at the flat rate of 10% on room tariff amount. 5. Partial cancellation is allowed only for one time subject to cancellation rules as mentioned at SNo.2, 3, 4 above. 6. Full Reschedule is allowed only for one time subject to availability provided the ticket is presented more than one day (24 hours) in advance of the check-in date/time. Partial Reschedule is not allowed. 7. A ticket once modified (Reschedule / partially canceled) cannot be further modified or allowed for further cancellation /Reschedule. 8. No refund will be given if the ticket is canceled against Terms and Conditions of APTDC. 9. No refund will be given if service is not availed by the tourist under any unforeseen conditions or natural calamities or strikes or any other reasons. 10. Modification (Reschedule) of reservation / ticket from higher tariff to lower tariff will not be done. If a ticket is modified from higher tariff to lower tariff under unavoidable circumstances, the difference amount will not be refunded. However if the ticket is modified from lower tariff to higher tariff, the difference amount will be collected from the tourist. 10. DISCOUNTED RESERVATION CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED OR CANCELED

If rooms are not available or Sold out after payment, The agency will refund the money to the customer. 4. Agency will do reservations only.
