Shipping Timelines

  • Delivery of Booking Confirmation Tickets: Once a hotel booking is successfully made, customers will receive their booking confirmation ticket via WhatsApp and email within 10 minutes.

Product Return Process

  • Physical Products: Not applicable, as Brindhaavan Holidays provides hotel booking services.
  • Digital Products (Booking Confirmations/Tickets): Any changes or cancellations to the booking must follow the Refund/Cancellation Policy outlined below.

Order Tracking Details

  • Booking Confirmation Tracking: Customers can track their booking status through the confirmation email or by contacting our customer service team.

Refund/Cancellation Timelines

  1. More than 48 Hours Before Check-In:

    • Eligible for a refund with a 10% deduction on the room tariff amount.
    • Full rescheduling allowed once, subject to room availability.
  2. Between 24 to 48 Hours Before Check-In:

    • Eligible for a refund with a 20% deduction on the room tariff amount.
    • No rescheduling allowed.
  3. Less than 24 Hours Before Check-In:

    • Not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to the timelines mentioned above.
  • Bookings made through Brindhaavan Holidays are eligible for these terms.

Cases of No Refund/Cancellation

  • Less than 24 Hours Before Check-In: No refunds or cancellations are allowed.
  • Post Check-In: No refunds or modifications are allowed post check-in.
  • Discounted Reservations: Cannot be rescheduled or canceled.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: No refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or other reasons beyond our control.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 working days.

  3. Complimentary Breakfast: Provided to 2 persons per room, available up to 10 AM only, and only in selected hotels.
  4. Check-in/Check-out: No modifications allowed.
  5. Room Occupancy: Accommodates 2 adults and 2 children below 10 years in a double room.
  6. Tariff Changes: Subject to change; differences collected at check-in.
  7. Additional Taxes: Any new taxes imposed by the government will be collected at check-in.
  8. Ticket and ID Requirement: Must carry the ticket and a valid ID proof for accommodation.

  1. Agency Role: Authorized agency of APTDC; responsible for room confirmations based on APTDC availability.
  2. Refunds: If rooms are unavailable after payment, the agency will refund the customer.
  3. Reservation Limitations: Agency handles reservations only; not responsible for maintenance, quality issues, or services at the hotel.
  4.
